介绍了以锁相环电路控制的高精度多通道的电能质量测试仪的前向通道的设计 ,结合具体电路图分析了锁相环芯片CD4 0 4 6和 14位A/D芯片MAX12 5功能及其应用。

The front channel of power qualiy meter based on PLL circuit is introduced in this paper.With the PLL circuit,the power quality meter is precise and multi-channel which suits with measurement.The PLL chip CD4046 and 14 bit A/D chip are also described in the paper with the practical circuit diagram.
