浅谈电站锅炉的酸洗过程和防腐处理

摘要 目前锅炉使用存在着周期短、效率低等原因。实践证明主要原因之一就是锅炉在酸洗过程中的腐蚀和酸洗后的防腐处理。因此 ,在施工过程中正确选择化学清洗方法是确保锅炉安全运行、保证锅炉化学清洗安全可靠、提高清洗效果、延长锅炉使用寿命的重要因素。主要探讨锅炉酸洗过程中的腐蚀机理 。 The boiler of our country uses the reason of low grade of short, efficiency of period of the existence at present. Practice has proved that one of the main reasons are the corroding of cleaning process of acid and the dealing with antiseptically after the acid is washed. Therefore it is to guarantee the safe operation of the boiler to choose chemistry to wash the method correctly in the course of constructing, it is that guarantee boiler wash safe and reliable by chemistry, it raises result of washing lengthen boiler make the important factor of the life-span. This text probe into the corrosion mechanism in the acid cleaning process of the boiler, the use of corrosive agent of delay and deal with antiseptically after the acid is washed.
