Advancing with time and paying attention to actual effect:discussionon the way of sustainable development of water conservancy in Zhejiang

根据中央"从传统水利向现代水利、可持续发展水利转变"的新思路,针对经济社会对水利不断增长的需求,围绕"四个转变",联系实际,积极探索,并对不断创新的治水理念进行了论述。

Based on the new thinking of 'changing traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy and sustainable developing water conservancy' issued by the Central Committee of the Party and the rapid demand of the economic society for water development,the theory is integrated with practice and an exploration is being done around 'Four changes'.And a new idea of harnessing water in Zhejiang is discussed in this paper.
