摘要
基于四角切向燃烧本身具有的火焰稳定性强、燃尽性能好、可防止炉内严重结渣的燃烧优点和NOx 排放较其它燃烧方式低的特点 ,分析了水平方向空气分级、低NOx 燃烧器、低温燃烧和垂直方向分级燃烧等降低NOx 排放的炉内措施在我国燃煤电站锅炉中的使用效果 ,指出了合理组织分级燃烧对降低燃用低挥发分煤电站锅炉NOx 排放水平的潜力。
Based on combustion advantages of four corner firing proper, such as high stability of flame, good property of burnaway, and preventing furnace from serious slagging etc., as well as lower NO emission than other burning modes, the effectiveness of measures in furnace for reducing NO emission, namely air gradation along horizontal directiion, low NO burners, low temperature combustion, and buring in steps along vertical direction etc., used in coalfiring utility boilers of our country has been analysed, pointing out the potential of reducing NO emission level for utility boilers firing low volatile coal by organizing reasonable burning in steps.
