摘要
建立了包括凝汽器、冷却塔及循环水系统在内的火电厂冷端数学模型 ,并利用火电厂管理信息系统的数据 ,计算循环水流量、凝汽器传热及冷却塔性能缺陷对机组经济性影响 ,实现火电厂冷端设备的在线监测及诊断。该系统在某电厂 2 2 0MW机组上应用取得成功。
Mathematic model for cooling end of thermal power plant, including condenser, cooling tower, and circulating water system, has been established, and the influence of circulating water quantity, condenser heat transfer, and defects of the cooling equipment upon the economic performace being calculated by using the data of power plant management information system, realizing online monitoring and diagnosis for cooling end equipments of thermal power plant. The said system has been successfully utilized on a 220 MW unit in a power plant.
