摘要
经二级处理的城市污水能否用作火电厂的循环冷却水 ,华能北京热电厂对此进行了尝试。实际运行表明 ,城市污水经二级处理后再经石灰处理及聚合硫酸铁处理 ,辅以加酸调pH值、液氯灭菌 ,循环水系统采用有效的水质稳定剂并进行氯锭杀菌灭藻 ,凝汽器铜管的腐蚀速率小于 0 .0 0 5mm/a ,粘泥附着速度每 30天小于 10mg/cm2 。实践证明 ,在一定的浓缩倍率范围 (2 .0~ 2 .5 )内城市二级污水可用于循环冷却系统 ,并且具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Whether the municipal secondary sewage can be used as circulatory cooling water in thermal power plants, an attempte in this aspect has been carried out in Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant. Industrial operation shows that the municipal secondary sewage can be retreated with lime and polymeric ironic sulfate, supplementing adjustment of pH value by adding acid, sterilization by using liquid chlorine, application of effective waterquality stabilizing agent in circulatory cooling system, as well as utilization of ingotshaped chlorine as algaecide and bactericide. Thereby, the corrosion rate of brass tubes in the condenser can be reduced to less than 0.005mm per annual, the adhesion rate of viscous slurry in 30 days to less than 10mg/cm 2. practice shows the municpal secondary sewage in enrichment factor range of 2.02.5 can be used for circulatory cooling system, having good economical and social bellefits.
