摘要
本研究采用丁酸梭芽孢杆菌 (Clostridiumbutyricum)从甘油发酵制备 1,3 丙二醇。该发酵需厌氧培养 ,发酵培养基为 :甘油 6 % ,葡萄糖 1% ,玉米浆 2 % ,(NH4) 2 SO40 .2 %。发酵温度为 34℃ ,pH为 6 .5~ 7。在最佳条件下 ,发酵 5 0h可产 1,3 丙二醇 4 0 .7g L ,甘油摩尔转化率达6 8%。
The production of 1,3-propanediol from glycerol by Clostridium butyricum was studied and the anaerobic condition was strictly maintained in the fermentation. The medium were as follows: 6% glycerol, 1% glucose,2% corn steep liquor, 0.2%(NH 4) 2SO 4. The optimal pH for the fermentation medium was found to be between 6.5 and 7.0, and the optimal temperature was 34℃. Under the optimal conditions, 40.7g/L of 1,3-propanediol was obtained from 6% glycerol, with the molar yield of 68%.
