摘要
车身覆盖件曲面品质的纯几何评价准则是曲面品质分析和优化的依据。针对曲面的误差控制、曲面的几何连续性、光顺性、美观性等定量和定性指标,分析了非接触激光扫描测量在实物曲面重构中的测量精度和测量效率。通过非接触测量方法获取了车身覆盖件曲面形状,应用模糊理论建立了一种车身覆盖件曲面品质分析的综合评价方法。该方法可以较好地评定车身覆盖件曲面的审美学特征,为车身设计提供有效的评价尺度。
The pure geometric evaluation criteria on curved surface quality of body exterior panels are the basis of curved sur face quality analysis and optimization.Precision and efficiency of non-contact laser scanning measurement in re-con struction of physical curved surfaces are analyzed against the quantitative and qualitative indexes,including surface er-ror con trol,geometric continuousness,smoothness and aesthetics,etc.The surface shapes of body exterior panels are ob tain ed with non-contact measurement.And one overall evaluation method for their curved sur face quality analysis is cre ated with the fuzzy theory.With the method,aesthetics characteris tics of body exte rior panels can be evaluated and rated,which sup-ply an effective evalu ating metric for body design.
