摘要
企业负债经营,就必须承担筹资风险。只有对风险进行适当控制,才能使企业既获得负债经营带来的财务杠杆收益,同时将风险降低到最低限度。本文对负债经营的利弊和负债经营风险的防范策略进行了探讨。
When a company is trading on the equity,it must assumpt the financial ris k.As long as the risk being controlled ap-propriately,the company can grant the revenue from financial Leverage,meanwhile,reduce the risk to the mininum.This paper de-scribes the merits and demerits of trading on the equity and the defen sive tactics.
