摘要
目的 :测定紫色草涂膜剂中紫草素含量 ,以制定涂膜剂的质量标准。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 ( 75∶2 5 ) ,检测波长为 5 16nm。结果 :线性方程为Y =1.0 12× 10 4~ 3.6 30× 10 4,r=0 .9990 ,左旋紫草素在 0 .184~1.12 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 97.76 % ,RSD %为 2 .95 % (n =5 )。结论 :建立的方法操作简便 ,结果准确 。
Objective:To determine the contents of Shikomin in Shikonin film, for the control of the qualities of the preparation. Methods:Using HPLC, the mobile phase consisted methanol-water(75∶25), the detection wavelength was 516 nm.Results:The regression equation was Y=1.012×10 4~3.630×10 4,r=0.999 0, the average recovery was 97.76%, RSD=2.95%(n=5).Conclusions:The method was simple, quick and reproducible.
