基因芯片技术在肾小球疾病诊断与治疗中的应用

摘要 基因芯片技术 ,是新近发展起来的一项应用分子杂交原理进行基因分析的技术 ,广泛应用于基因的序列分析、突变检测、多态性分析、基因组图谱分析以及疾病的基因诊断 ,具有高通量、高度并行性、高灵敏度、高效率、低样品需要量等优点 ,本文讨论了基因芯片技术在肾小球疾病研究中的应用现状 ,并对其应用前景进行讨论。
