摘要
在麦草化机浆(CMP)制浆过程中,发现微生物预处理后麦草化机浆的细浆得率升高;强度性能改善,打浆度提高;但化机浆的白度和不透明度降低。微生物预处理能够将化学处理废液的CODCr含量从34.68g/L降低到23.26g/L。经过相同转数的PFI打浆,前者的打浆度比后者高,说明要获得相同的打浆度,后者需要的打浆转数高,相应的耗能也高。在相同的PFI打浆转数下,预处理麦草化机浆中长纤维所占的比例相对较大。从浆料的强度性能考虑,打浆度不宜过高,以50°SR左右为宜。
It was found that screened pulp yield,strength properties and beating degree of CMP from bio-pretreated wheat straw increased and the brightness and opacity of the pulp decreased compared to the CMP from control wheat straw.The COD Cr of the waste liquor declined from34.68g /L to23.26g /L.The beating degree of the former pulp was higher when the pulps were refined with PFI for the same beating time ,which meant less beating energy requirement for the former pulp.The long fiber fraction of the bio-pretreated CMP was higher than that of the control pulp.
