摘要
以玉米、大豆、脱脂奶粉为主要原料,用膨化加工手段生产铁锌强化营养粉。按科学配方对饼干、酥糖进行强化,生产出铁、锌、维生素C强化饼干和强化酥糖。并对儿童进行了补铁补锌强化食品的疗效观察,效果较好。
Using corn, soybean, skimmed milk powder as main raw materials, the authors produced enriching nutrition powder with iron and zinc by cook processing. Biscuit was enriched with iron,zinc and vitamin C. It has a good curative effect for children by scientific formula.
