摘要
根据社会需求,我国面粉加工由生产标准粉逐步转向生产特制粉。本文以肥城县面粉厂特制粉生产工艺,探讨了特制粉生产的小麦水分调节、粉路设计、出粉部位、货料分级、磨辊技术特性等。简要阐述了建立适合我国国情的特制粉生产工艺,提高特制粉出粉率所采取的技术措施。
As the demand for specialty flours is constantly increasing, flour mills turn to produce multigrade flours instead of milling standard grade flour. In this paper, the milling technolgy of Fei County Flour Mill is introduced, Parameter (including wheat tempering, flow sheet design, flour extracting system, milling stock separation, and roll surface specifications) of special grade flour production is also discussed. Methods of increasing special grade flour yield and milling technology fitted for our country are presented.
