本文从新技术和新理论的基础方面介绍机器零件的选材、用材、挖潜、设计和工装等方法。侧重从工程材料学方面的研究,从传统观念和非传统观念增强零件失效抗力和提高机械产品质量的措施方面介绍机器零件的失效和防止早期失效的方法。

Based on a new technology and theory, the paper is intended to give an introduction to the methods of material choosing and adopting, potential tapping, designing and technology. It concerns itself mainly with a study on the science of engineering material and meanwhile presents routine inefficiency of machine parts and methods of its prevention at an earlier stage in terms of traditional and ono-traditional ways to reinforce resistance to inefficiency of machine parts and improve quality of mechanical products.
