引进厂气力压运系统测试结果分析

ANALYSIS OF THE TEST RESULTS OF THE IMPORTED PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS

本文通过对引进意大利奥克里姆公司设备的4个厂的13条气力压运系统的全面测试,摸索出气力压运系统独特的测试方法;整理出大量的宝贵数据、图表及分析结论,对当前粮食行业正在渴望得到的气力压运设计方法的产生将有一定推动作用。特别是在工厂设计中,对面粉气力压运系统的设计、计算有可信的类比性。相信本文的测试结果会对气力压运的研究、应用推广有所促进。

After the analysis of the tests of the thirteen flour pneumatic conveying systems imported from OCR1M Company, Italy, a unique testing nethod was obtained. A lot of precious data and graphs were gathered and analytical results were aquired. Because the design and calculation of the flour pneumatic conveying system is highly analogeable, our findings will, no doubt, contribute to accelerating the study and the design of the badly needed pneumatic conveyinbg system in our country.
