摘要
本研究在实验数据基础上,分析大豆制油过程中加工条件对豆粕尿素酶活性和蛋白质变性的影响,以及尿素酶活性与蛋白质变性的关系,为植物油厂制定饲用豆粕的生产工艺提供理论依据。
Based on the lab data, the author analyzed the influence of the processing conditions in extacting soybean oil on the urease activity of soybean dregs and the protein denaturation, and found out their relationships, thus providing a theoretical basis for vegetable oil plants to design technologies for the production of feed soybean dregs.
