韩国德国产业政策比较及对我国的启示

A Comparative Study of the Industrial Policies between Germany and South Korea

韩国和德国经济的全面发展,在很大的程度上依赖于其有效的产业政策。进入20世纪90年代末期,德国企业继续保持着蓬蓬勃勃的向上势头,韩国经济却面临东南亚的金融危机中,出现了动荡不安的局面,这也是由于他们采取的产业政策不同所致。金融危机以后,韩国开始审视并重新制定完善其产业政策,至今经济得到较快地恢复和发展。中国应从中得到深刻的启示。

The paper states that Germany and South Korea enjoy their fast economic growth on account of their effective industrial policies. However, it is also due to the different industrial policies that Germany has maintained fast and steady economic growth, while South Korea?蒺s economic boom was turned down during the financial crisis spreading over southeast Asia in the late 20th century. After the painful economic crisis, the South Korea government reexamined and adjusted its industrial policies which bring South korea?蒺s economic growth onto the right track. The paper concludes with the suggestion that lessons drawn from the adaptation and adjustment of proper industrial policies by Germany and South Korea will be great enlightenment to China in promotion of its economic development.
