采用托收方式的出口商可能遇到买方的信用、政治与法律、贸易术语选用不当以及承兑交单(D/A)等八种风险,因此,与之相对应的可采取选择可靠的交易伙伴、了解进口国家的贸易管制和外汇管制以及采用CIF或CIP贸易术语等八项防范措施。
The paper first points out that the exporters who adopt collection in international trade may suffer different potential risks involving the buyer's credit, political and legal risks, inappropriate use of trade terms, document against acceptance, etc. And then it discusses the necessary precautions against the possible risks.
