多股流板翅式换热器翅片旁通的数值分析

摘要 给出了多股流板翅式换热器是否发生翅片旁通的判断准则 ,据此计算了四股流板翅式换热器的相关系数。通过对多股流板翅式换热器数值程序进行求解 ,得出了四股流板翅式换热器的翅片温度和流体温度分布曲线 ,与判断准则得出的结论吻合一致. A criterion is obtained to judge whether a fin bypass of multi-stream plate-fin heat exchanger is happened in this paper,and the correlation coefficients of four stream plate-fin heat exchanger are calculated.The fin and fluid temperature distribution curve of four stream plate-fin heat exchanger can be achieved by solving a numerical program of the multi-steam plate-fin heat exchanger,the results show that it agrees with the criterion.
