摘要 进行了 4 0组可循环泡沫钻井液动密度测定 ,建立了测试精度符合石油天然气行业标准SY 5 336— 93要求的能够进行地层条件下可循环泡沫钻井液动密度测定的试验装置和测试方法。在可循环泡沫钻井液初始密度为 0 .380~ 0 .72 0 g/cm3 、温度为 2 0~ 1 4 0℃、压力为 0 .5~ 4 0MPa范围内测定了可循环泡沫钻井液的动态密度 ,得到了压力 温度 动密度基本关系式。当温度一定时泡沫钻井液密度随压力增加而增加 ,当压力增加到某一特定值时 ,钻井液密度不再明显增加 ;泡沫钻井液密度随温度升高而降低 ;高温高压下密度小于 1 .0 0 g/cm3 。 An equipment and a method which accord with SY 5336-93 rule enacted by petroleum and natural gas industry of China and can be used in real formation conditions were developed based on dynamic density of 40 groups of circulative foam drilling fluids. The dynamic density of the drilling fluids in the conditions of initial density of 0.38~0.72 g/cm 3, temperature of 20~140 ℃ and pressure of 0.5~40 MPa were measured and a basic expression about pressure temperature dynamic density was obtained. According to the expression, when temperature remains constant, the density increases with the increasing of pressure, but the density does not increase obviously until the pressure reaches a certain value; the density decreases with the increasing of temperature and keep less than 1.00 g/cm 3 at HPHT.
