摘要
钻井液动滤失模拟系统用于在实验室的环境下 ,模拟实验钻井液与完井液对油气层的综合损害过程 ,以达到评选优质钻井液和完井液的目的。介绍了数字化钻井液动滤失模拟系统的硬件结构和软件功能。该系统以PC机为基础 ,采用VB编写应用软件 ,其硬件核心为EPP总线多功能测量控制板 ;数字化钻井液动滤失模拟系统集成了模拟量输入 /输出、开关量输入 /输出 ,以及脉冲信号输入功能 ,实现了温度、转速等物理量的测量与控制、以及钻井液动滤失量的实时计量功能。实际测试表明 ,数字化钻井液动滤失模拟系统不仅具有简明的用户操作界面 ,而且还具有较高的软件稳定性 ,以及完善的数据管理能力 ;具有测量控制精度高、操作方便、运行稳定的特点 。
Aim to select excellent drilling fluid and completion fluid, the multiple damage process of the fluids to reservoir were simulated in laboratory by dynamic water loss simulation system. A hardware and software system founded on PC and VB for digital dynamic water loss simulation was presented. The essential hardware of the system is an EPP bus multi functional control board which is integrated with analog signal input/output, switch signal input/output and pulse signal input. Realized parameter measurement and control functions such as temperature, rotational speed and dynamic water loss of mud were programmed by the software. The usage results showed that the system not only has friendly UI but also better stability and perfect data administrational ability. The system can meet the experiment requirements with the characteristics of high accuracy of measure and control, as well as easy operation and steady properties.
