封堵—酸化综合改善剖面工艺技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对调剖、酸化改善剖面技术的作用机理相对单一和不能满足逐步加剧的层间矛盾改善需要的现状 ,提出了封堵—酸化综合改善剖面工艺技术 (以下简称综合改善剖面技术 )。该技术利用调剖解决低压高渗透层吸水、酸化解决高压低渗透层吸水 ,通过这两种工艺的共同作用 ,最大限度地缩小层间启动压差 ,达到提高吸水剖面均匀程度的目的。根据该技术的特点 ,开发研制了耐酸堵剂和复合解堵酸体系 ,并优化出了一套相应的选井原则和施工工艺。 2 0 0 1~ 2 0 0 2年现场应用 4 6井次 ,明显提高了措施效果和效益 。 In the light of the present condition that was using single plugging and acidizing technique for the improvement profile can't satisfy the demand of the interlayer interference turning worse gradually,proposed out the comprehensive plugging and acidizing technology used for improving profile.The technique solves the hydroscopicity of the low pressure and high permeability water accepting layer by using profile control,and also solves the hydroscopicity of high pressure and low permeability water accepting layer.Through the common function of two techniques,the interlayer cracking pressure was limited exceedingly,the aim of improving the even degree of injectivity profile is attained. According to the technique's features ,the acid-proof blocking agent and compound blacking remover were developed,a corresponding well selection measure and construction technique are optimized too.2001~2002 years,the technique was applied 46 wells ,the average single well's thickness of water accepting layer increased 3.4 meters and 1.4 beds,total increased oil was 10519 ton,the input-output ration was 1∶3.5. The technology increased obviously the measure's effect and benefit.
