摘要
针对孤岛油田注水系统存在的高能耗、低效率问题 ,具体分析了管网能耗、注水泵能耗、电机能耗等的现状 ,并提出系统节能降耗的对策是对管网要控制注水站到最远端处井口压力降小于 1MPa ,减小注水半径 ,泵干压差控制在 0 5MPa ;对注水泵要合理选用高效大排量离心泵 ,采用系统压力自闭环调控方法 ,使泵保持在高效区工作和低泵干压差 ;对电机作好电机和离心泵的匹配 。
On the basis of the problems of higher energy consumption and low efficiency existent in water injection system,the paper analyses the status quo of pipe network energy consumption,waterflood pump energy consumption and electric motor energy consumption etc.,and proposes the strategy of system energy-saving and reducing loss.
