摘要 浅井、薄夹层稠油井热采分层注汽工艺技术主要是针对河南油田稠油油藏油层较浅、较薄、夹层较小、原油较稠而开发研究的。该技术主要配套工具高温封隔器的特点是液力坐封 ,不受温度限制。工具结构简单、短小 ,适宜薄夹层分层卡堵 ,可实现多层控制注汽 ,且生产管柱与分层注汽管柱合二为一 ,减免了注汽管柱起下作业 ,减少了作业工作量 。 The separate layer steam injection technology for shallow heavy oil wells with thin interbeds was researched to develop the shallow heavy oil reservoirs in Henan oil field.The reservoir have some features,such as shallower,thinner and smaller interbeds.The technology mainly consists of high temperature packers that are stetted by hydraulic and not limited by temperature.Due to its short,simple structure,it is suited for the separate isolation in the thin interbeds,and it can control steam injection in multi-zone reservoirs.In addition,the combination of the production strings and separate steam injection strings may decrease the operation of steam injection strings running and pulling,reduce the operating load and eliminate the waste of heat during operation.
