摘要
套管损坏会导致压力完整性破坏、生产油管磨损 ,甚至无法下入修井工具。岩层沿层面或倾角较大的断层面滑移将导致套管剪切损坏 ,注采过程中压力、温度的变化或注采过程中固体颗粒运移都可使岩石体积发生变化 ,体积变化产生的应力集中可引起岩层滑移。套管变形的主要机理为上履岩层中松软岩性层面处易发生局部水平剪切。减轻套管损坏就是缩小剪切滑移量。合理选择井位、井斜角、管下划眼、特殊完井工艺。
Casing impairment leads to loss of pressure integrity,pinching of production tubing,even an inability to lower workover tools.Usually,bedding plane slip of rock statum results in casing impairment.Rock volume change may arise from pressure changes,temperature changes,or solids movement during production or injection operation.Volume change generates stress concentrations.Dominant casing-deformation mechanism are localized horizontal shear in weak lithologic interfaces within the overburden.Mitigating casing damage usually means reducing the amount of shear slip.Proper well location or inclination,underreaming,special completions approaches,reservoir management,and other methods can reduce the frequency or rate of casing shear.
