摘要 运用离散颗粒法(DPM)模型,模拟了直径为4mm的颗粒在直径为0.1m的圆柱型喷动床内的喷动情况。对两种喷口直径进行了模拟,表明床内物料的整体流动情况、颗粒速度矢量分布以及床层空隙率分布等模拟值与相关试验数据吻合。 Discrete particle method (DPM) is used to calculate the overall movements of particles with a diameter of 4 mm and gas in a cylindrical spouted bed with a column diameter of 0.1 m. Particle vectors and voidage profile at variable positions are specially studied. The related experimental results coincide with simulated results.
