Development of fixture CAD system which face to technics layout

夹具设计是制造工艺设计过程中的一项重要工作。如何进行CAPP与夹具CAD系统的集成是实施工艺设计信息化的关键问题之一。针对成组夹具设计的特点,提出一种CAPP与计算机辅助夹具设计(CAFD)子系统集成的方法,论述建立夹具设计资源库、算法库等有关模块的开发方法与实施技术。

Fixture design is an important work in the process of manufacture technics design. How to implement integration between CAPP and Fixture CAD System is one of the key problems in information of the technics design. Consider to the characteristic of Group Fixture design, this paper put forward a way of the integration between CAPP and Computer Aided Fixture Design (CAFD), discuss the development method and application technique of the related module, such as establishing resource and arithmetic database, and so on.
