摘要
阐述了一种用于处理废弃物的回转窑焚烧炉的创新设计,该设计摒弃了传统回转窑焚烧炉采用的端头进风方式,实现了在回转窑窑体上的分段进风,可以降低回转窑焚烧炉的过量空气系数和烟气产量,提高回转窑焚烧炉的燃烧性能。该设计还可以有效地防止灰渣堵塞进风孔道,且垃圾在回转窑内不会发生熔渣现象,是一种适用于处理危险废弃物的焚烧炉,现已进入工程实施阶段。
This paper presents an innovative design on waste rotary kiln incinerator which changes traditional air supply via body ends to air supply by section on incinerator body reducing excessive air supply coefficient and flue gas generation and improving incineration efficiency as well. This improved design can effectively prevent air supply holes from being filled by fly ash and slag melting within the incinerator, it is well adapted to hazardous waste disposal and under construction at present.
