内燃机机油冷却器传热性能测试台的设计过程中,工作介质温度的测量与控制是影响测试台性能的重要因素。本文着重介绍了以工控机为核心对温度进行采集与控制的一种方法。它能够很好地满足行业标准的要求并且实现了测试台的自动化。

Working media temperature measurement and control constitutes an influential factor in the phase of designing testbed for assessment of heat transfer characteristics of inner combustion engine oil coolers. This papers introduces an IPC-based method to control the temperature, which meets the requirement of the industrial standard and also, enables the automation of the testbed.
