分析了传统梳棉机人工调整隔距系统的弊端 ,系统介绍了DK90 3梳棉机的盖板隔距测量系统FCT和精确调校盖板隔距系统PFS的工作原理及其使用效果 。
Analysis is done to the disadvantages of the mannal adjustment of the spacing distance on the conventional carding machine.Introduction is done to the working mechanism and effect of application both of the spacing distance measuring system FCT and the fine adjustment system PFS.Conclusition is made that the FCT and PFS have marked advantages.
