摘要
本文介绍了在氰化物电解液中添加TQ-861光亮抑雾剂电镀全光亮铜锡合金的工艺配方和规范,讨论了各项指标对镀层性能的影响;另外,还对镀层与镀液的有关性能作了测试。
A process for electroplating of bright Cu-Sn alloy from alkaline cyanide bath using type brighten-ers (TQ-861) has been studied. The relationship between bright alloy deposit and bath compositions and the operation conditions are discussed. It could be used as underplat for direct electroplating of decorative Cr or Ni/Cr without premechanical polishing procedure and imitative gold plating.
