摘要
介绍了一种新型的旋转机械振动信号的采集与处理系统。该系统主要由A D转换器、C3X系列数字信号处理器(DSP)及计算机组成 ,模拟信号经过采样后 ,由DSP完成数字滤波、FFT谱分析等工作 ;计算机作为主机 ,负责控制管理整个系统的正常运行和图表管理工作。
A new type of multi-chanal overall machine vibration signal acquisition and processing system is introduces.The system is composed of a DSP chip of C3X series with A/D convertor and an industrial controlling personal computer.After sampling of analog signal thought A/D conversion,the adaptive filtering and FFT spectrum analysis are achieved by the DSP ship.The computer controls the work of DSP and take charge of the operation of the whole system.
