局域网PCM编码格式语音实时通讯的实现

Real-time voice in PCM formats delivered in LAN

IP电话 ,也称为网络电话 ,由于全球范围内的因特网通信费用大大低于通常的电信长途费用 ,它的发展非常迅速。本文设计了一个局域网内端到端网络电话的软件模型 ,详细的分析了语音的采集和播放 ,语音的网络传输的关键技术 ,并指出了软件的不足和进一步工作。在局域网内用此软件做通话实验 ,音质和延时都达到了电话的效果。

IP phone is that voice information is sent by internet.Because communication cost on internet is very lower than the generic telephone,it develop quickly.This article designed a software model,it use Internet Protocol(IP) by which voice is sent from one computer to another on the LAN.At same time,The article detailed analyze the voice information collection and the kernel technology by which voice information transmit on internet.It point out the limitation of the software and the solution.Test the software on the LAN,the timbre and the time-lapse is perfect accord with the expectation.
