摘要
采用诱导沉积法及粉末化学镀方法 ,分别制备了纯态 Ni B、Ni P及负载型 Ni B/Ti O2 、Ni P/Ti O2 非晶态合金催化剂 .用 XRD、ICP、SEM、TEM和 DSC等方法对催化剂的结构、组成、形貌及热稳定性进行了表征 ,研究了 Ti O2 载体与 Ni B、Ni P非晶态合金之间的相互作用 。
Both unsupported NiB(P) and supported NiB(P) amorphous alloy catalysts NiB(P)/TiO 2 have been prepared by an induction chemical deposition method and electroless plating on powder, respectively. Their amorphous structures, properties and the interaction between the NiB(P) alloy and TiO 2 support have been characterized by XRD, ICP, SEM, TEM and DSC. Their catalytic activities have been measured during the hydrogenation of sulfolene. The stabilizing effect of the support on the NiB amorphous alloy observed by DSC and the superior hydrogenation activity of NiB/TiO 2 are attributed to the interaction between the NiB alloy and TiO 2 support, especially the high dispersion of NiB alloy particles on the support.
