摘要
本文采用本实验室研制的 T-1 EMS电化学调制光谱仪研究了电沉积 Cd Se电极在 1 mol/ L Na2 SO3溶液中的电化学调制光谱 (EMRS)特性 .实验结果表明 ,Cd Se电极在 Na2 SO3溶液中的 EMRS具有典型的Franz-Keldysh振荡峰 .根据 Aspnes提出的弱电场三阶微商电解液电反射理论 ,对 Cd Se电极的 EMRS进行了定量分析 ,计算出了 Cd Se电极的禁带宽度和展宽系数等相关参数 .结合 EMRS随直流偏置电位的变化 ,快速、准确地确定出 Cd Se电极在 Na2 SO3溶液体系中的平带电位值 .这些参数为研究 Cd
The electrochemical modulation reflectance spectra (EMRS) characteristics of CdSe film electrodes in 1mol/L NaSO 3 solutions were studied in this paper. The experiment was carried out by means of T 1 EMS system which was specially designed in this laboratory. EMRS of CdSe electrodes exhibited typical France Keldysh oscillations. EMRS spectra were analyzed by means of the low field theory of the electrolyte electric reflection at 3 D dimensional critical point. As a result, the electronic parameters of CdSe film electrodes, such as energy gap and the broadening coefficients can be determined. The spectra of CdSe film electrodes varying with potential have also been obtained, by which the flat band potential of CdSe film electrode in Na 2SO 3 solutions can be located. These electronic parameters will play an important role in studding on the semiconductor behaviors and interface structure of CdSe electrode.
