摘要
探讨白细胞介素 ( IL) -1 0基因启动子区 -1 0 82位点及其附近区域多态性在我国汉族人群中的发生情况 .用聚合酶链反应和单链构象多态性 ( PCR-SSCP)结合序列测定方法 ,检测了 66例健康对照 IL-1 0启动子区多态性的发生 .在所有检测个体中未发现 -1 0 82 A/G多态 .在汉族正常人群中 IL-1 0启动子区 -872位点存在高频率的 T/C或 T/N多态性 .-872处的 T/C或 T/N多态性可能与种族特异性有关 ,可以作为新的候选SNP.
To study the distribution of polymorphism on 1082 site and neighboring region located in IL 10 promoter in Chinese Han Population. The Polymorphisms of IL 10 Promoter region were detected by PCR SSCP and sequencing. 66 of health control were examined by this way. Polymorphism of 1082 site A/G weren't detected in all samples. Polymorphism of T/C or T/N on 872 site occur frequently in HAN populations. The polymorphism of 872 site as a new candidate SNP may be associated with nationality.
