The study on in vitro maturation and efficiency of enuclear of goat oocyte after different maturation interval

摘要 本试验通过对山羊卵母细胞的体外培养,摸索卵母细胞的成熟时间;不同培养时间染色体所处的位置以及国产LH在培养液中的最佳用量。 In this study we compared the efffect of different dose LH on maturation of goat oocyte.one optimal concentration of LH is obtained . The position of chromosome of goat oocyte after different maturation interval is also compared.
