摘要 通过二胺的烷基化反应 ,制备不同链长的二叔胺 ,利用二叔胺与聚氯乙烯 (PVC)链上的活性氯可以形成季铵盐离子键的反应 ,形成交联键 ,制备了热可逆交联PVC。研究了交联剂种类和用量对力学性能、交联程度的影响 ,同时探讨了在不同温度。 N,N,N',N'-Tetramethyl-1,6-hexadiamine and N,N,N',N'-Tetramethyl-1,10-decyldiamine used as cross-linking agents, were synthesized through alkylation reaction of diamine.Through the reaction of tertiary amine and the active chlorine on PVC-chain,the quaternary ammonium salt was produced and the ionic crosslinking was carried out,so a kind of thermally reversible cross-linking PVC was synthesized. It studied the influences of kinds and using amounts of cross-linking agents on mechanical properties and cross-linking degree of thermally reversible cross-linking PVC, and approached the mechanical properties of PVC to be cross-linked at different temperature and different reaction time.
