摘要
采用溶胶–凝胶法制备出均匀的Ba-Sr-Ti-Pb-B-Si-O凝胶玻璃,通过适当的热处理,原位析出BaxSr1-xTiO3(BST)微晶,同时在一定温度下获得Pb-B-Si-O玻璃相。玻璃相的存在降低了BST玻璃陶瓷的烧结温度:烧结温度在1 000℃以下,体积密度达到理论密度的90%以上。由于Pb2+取代了Ba2+、Sr2+,形成PbTiO3,导致了BST玻璃陶瓷的居里温度向高温方向移动。
The Ba-Sr-Ti-Pb-B-Si-O gel-glasses were prepared by sol-gel process. BST crystalline grains grow out from a gel-glass amorphous matrix at proper heat treatment temperatures. Because of the glass content, the sintering-temperature of BST can be decreased below 1000℃. The bulk density was more than 90% of theoretical density. The Curie temperature of BST glass-ceramic was higher than that of the pure BaxSr1-xTiO3. The reason is that some of the Pb2+ substituted the Ba2+ and Sr2+ of the perovskite lattice forming PbTiO3.
