Extended data envelopment analysis model based on C^2GS^2 model-EC^2GS^2

在C2GS2模型的基础上建立了一个扩展的C2GS2模型———EC2GS2,提出了强有效的概念,论证了相关理论.经理论分析和实例应用,EC2GS2模型与C2GS2模型相比有以下几个优点:1.描述决策单元的相对效率更准确;2.更好地利用了参考决策单元的信息;3.可考查评价决策单元输入或输出变化时其效率的变化;当参考决策单元的输入和输出不变时,若评价决策单元的输出(入)不变,其相对效率和它的输入(出)成反(正)比.

An extended data envelopment analysis model (EC^2GS^2) is derived from C^2GS^2 model by decreasing the constraint conditions of C^2GS^2 model. The concept of strong-efficiency is put forward and the properties referred to EC^2GS^2 model are proved. Comparing with C^2GS^2 model, the model has three advantages in practice and theory: 1. The model estimates the relative efficiency more exactly. 2. More information can be obtained from reference DMUs as we have expected. 3. Suppose that the output (input) of evaluation DMU is invariable, its relative efficiency varies inversely to its input (directly to its output) while the input and output of reference DMUs are fixed.
