The present paper is meant to illustrate the analysis of the N-V semantic relations in the predicate construction and the analytical methods employed in the three scholars' annotated versions of Shiji, and by tracing back to the annotations of Chinese classics during the Han, Wei and jin Dynasties, further concludes that this is one of the ancient traditions in annotating Chinese classics, its annotated contents and its analytical methods.
