摘要 胜任力的研究与应用对人力资源管理的意义越来越引人注目。本文回顾了胜任力的概念与有关研究,探讨了胜任特征分析的意义和胜任力模型的构建过程,主张胜任特征的系统分析需要全面考虑影响工作绩效的个体特征、行为特征和工作的情境条件。以此为基础文章综合分析了胜任特征分析对人力资源管理理论和技术的发展。
