摘要
国家、地方、学校三级课程管理体制的出台,打破了我国长期以来国家集权制课程管理体制,以满足不同地区、不同学校学生的发展需求,增强课程对地方、学校及学生的适应性。至此,最能体现学校特色的校本课程及校本课程开发成为当今教育理论与实践研究的热点,也为体育校本课程的开发奠定了基础。笔者在对校本课程相关概念进行分析的基础上,对体育校本课程、体育校本课程开发概念进行了界定,研究表明,在《体育与健康课程标准》指导下,我国中小学实施体育校本课程开发既必要又可行。
The enforcement of three-level curriculum directorial system by the state, regions and schools have broken the long existing state-centralized curriculum directorial system in our country to meet the developmental needs of students in different regions and schools and strengthen the adaptability of this curriculum to different regions, schools and students. until now the based-school curriculum and its development best reflecting school specialities have become the hot issue of current theoretical and practical study of education. Based on the analysis of related concepts of based-school curriculum, this paper defines the concept of physical education based-school curriculum and physical education based-school curriculum development, and holds that the enforcement of physical education school-based curriculum development in primary and middle school in our country is both necessary and practical under the direction of New Curriculum Standard of Physical Education and Health
