背向滑步推铅球教学程序设计的实验研究

Experimental Research On Teaching Programme of Slide Step Backward In Shot Put

对背向滑步推铅球技术教学中叠加式与扩展式两种不同的程序设计进行对比实验研究。结果表明两种:教学程序设计均能圆满完成教学任务,叠加式教学在掌握规范化技术与形成良好的动作技能上更具优势,其程序设计更能适应背向滑步推铅球技术教学的特点。

This paper mainly dealt with the comparative experiment between two kinds of programmes on slide step backward of shot put teaching. The results showed progressive increase program and expansion program both could fulfill the teaching task perfectly. Furthermore the progressive increase program had some advantages in the mastery of standard techniques and the formation of better skills, and this programme was more suitable for the slide step backward of shot put teaching.
