摘要
为获得窑尾塔架在实际风场下的真实风荷载,本文通过风洞实验对水泥厂窑尾塔架在大气边界层流场中的风荷载进行了研究,并详细介绍了风洞试验中的风场模拟、模型设计、测量方法和数据处理方法。试验结果合理可靠。本研究为实际窑尾塔架的结构设计提供了更真实的风载系数并为水泥厂窑尾塔架的优化设计,减少工程造价提供了详实的依据。
For getting the real wind load of the kiln tower in the atmosphere boundary layer, this thesis carried out researches of wind load for kiln tower of cement factory in NH-2 low speed wind tunnel. It gives a detail introduction of the simulation of atmosphere boundary layer, model design, test method and data processing method. The wind drag coefficients of kiln towers are given in the paper. The results are reasonable and reliable. It provides very real wind load coefficients for structure design of the kiln tower. Because of wind tunnel test results, the construction time and fees will be saved.
