摘要
自主学习是自我控制下的学习。自我控制下的学习不仅要有智力因素支撑,更要有非智力因素支撑,而支撑该学习不是“天生”的,经历着从“他律”到“自律”的过程。为此,教师要发挥导学及管理作用,学员要领悟远程学习要领并指导自己的学习,实现远程学习从“他律”向“自律”的转变。只有这样,远程学员综合素质才会提高,远程教学质量才会不断攀升。
The independent study is a study under self-control. The study is supported not only by the intelligence factor, also by the non-intelligence factor. However, neither of them is 搉atural? and it experiences the process from heteronomy to self-discipline. In order to bring about a turn of distance leaning from 揌eteronomy?to 揝elf-discipline? teachers should give full scope to direct and manage the students?learning while students should grasp the essentials of distance learning and guide their own study. Only in this way, the quality of distance education could be increased continuously, and the comprehensive quality of distance learners would be improved as well.
