摘要
裂纹是钢锻件锻压加工中常见的主要缺陷.阐明了钢锻件加工中的裂纹除了由外力直接引起的之外,还有由于变形不均匀和变形速度不均匀引起的附加应力,以及由温度不均匀引起的热应力和由组织转变不同时进行而产生的组织应力.并指出了预防裂纹产生的措施.
Crack is the main flaw happening in steel forging deformation. This paper states the produced reasons for crack are not only from external force but also from deformation non-uniform and additional stress caused by non-uniform of deformation velocity, as well as heat stress caused by non-uniform of temperature, organization stress produced by the organized transformation. It also points out some measures that can be used to prevent the generating of crack.
