摘要
以端羟基的热致性液晶共聚酯PHHT和端酰氯基的聚对苯二甲酸1,6-已二醇酯(PHMT)齐聚物为原料,通过熔融缩聚制备含PHHT和PHMT的嵌段共聚物.并用IR、DSC、POM等方法对聚合物的表征,研究了液晶热行为和结晶行为.结果证明了这些嵌段共聚物为嵌段热致液晶.共聚物Tg<240℃不出现分离现象;Tg>280℃时出现分离.随共聚物PHHT的含量增加,而PHMT结晶现象更为明显.
Block copolyesters containing PHHTand PHMT are prepared by mect polyconclensation with thermal thermotropic capolyester PHHT of end-hyclroxyl an oligomer PHMT of end chloride of acid as materials.Coplyesters are charactered by IR,DSC and POM .Thermal and crystallinity are studied. The result shows that the black copolyesters are block thermal thermatropic They will nat separate if their Tg is at 240℃ blow, but will do at 280℃. With the increase of the copolyesters PHHT,the more crystalline PHMT will be seen.
