摘要
对从国家知识产权局获得的各种食品包装专利特别是1995～2002年的食品包装专利进行了分析,阐明了出现各种情况的原因。在初步研究中,利用摘要对食品包装领域的专利进行了分类,得出了一些一般性结论。
The patents related to food packaging from National Intellectual Property Bureau were analyzed in the aspects like application numbers, category of package etc. The reasons for various results were discussed, and some common properties of the patents of food packaging were inferred.
